Per their policy, which was NOT explained when I made my reservation online, he proceeded to
charge
an additional $150 on my credit card, which would be refunded after my checkout assuming there's no damage to my room.

The desk clerk, a man named Ram, kept saying in broken English that it was not paid for and he needed to
charge
my credit card.
