3. One thing - we had basically no view, so try and request a room with a view if you book and you might be more lucky than we were.

4. If your room is on the street you will have a great view but you will hear garbage trucks at 4am, and if you your room is on the other side of the hotel you will hear the air conditionner motors all the time + an awful view.

5. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the room had french windows you could open to let some fresh air in, although the view of the office building behind wasn't something you'd want to gaze at all the time.

6. The only downside to the room was that it was slightly small (although I believe for NYC it would probably be considered large) and the lack of view, we looked onto another building.
