1. I love small hotels as the experience is so much nicer than in some big property and Chambers certainly hit the spot - service from the staff is relaxed and professional and as it's so well placed for the park, shopping and theatre district; it really is hard to fault.

8. With only a limited amount of rooms, you get the charm of a staff at a country inn (that remembers who you are and what you're up to) and couple it with the modern asethetic and service of a high-end big city hotel.
