3. It's a great location for Central Park, shopping (love the Tiffany earrings I got), restaurants, and it was no trouble at all to get to our Broadway show The room appointments were very well done and the staff made our trip so special with their attention and support.

4. Best part of the hotel is definitely the location, being right off of Fifth Avenue, you have all the nicest shops NY has to offer, and there are also a good selection of restaurants on 55th street.

5. Sadly we ran out of time and didnt get to eat in the Ma Peche restaurant, which was part of the reason for booking the hotel in the first place (recommended by a friend) so cant comment on the food apart from to say that the squid salad we orderedmin the bar was really good.

7. Every time we needed something from late turn down service (they called to check on timing since we had not called them at 9:30pm) to a restaurant recommendation, we were not transferred or told to 'talk to someone else' as often happens at large, highly rated hotels.
