front desk
was more than friendly in assisting me, but I guess I should have been suspicious why a 14th floor room would be vacant from the previous night (even if it was a handicap accessible room).

, Mark, was super nice, upon our arrival, they presented my 4-year-old with a wheel barrow fulled of little cars and toys.

(They weren't hovering around the spa area all the time (which can be awkward if one is partially dressed and/or make one feel rushed to leave), but there was always help at available at the very close-by
