However, staff don't seem to be trained in the most basic of procedures (using the credit card machine correctly) nor in customer service (issueing apologies when things go wrong can make all the difference chaps!) And don't expect the
manager
to reply should you email him with any comments / compaints.

From the charming decor in the lobby right down to the extremely handsome blonde Desk Clerk or Front Desk
