1. Booked this hotel through priceline with which all fees and taxes are supposed to be included (except incidentals of course).

2. When I checked out I mentioned it to the person at the counter and said simply that they should just adjust their rates to include the fee so that everything else felt complimentary.

3. We were surprised by the 'hotel fee' (we booked through Priceline) and the front desk kindly removed the fee when we showed that our Priceline confirmation didn't show anything about it.

4. The Roger Williams is a wonderful hotel with the only negative being that they charge a $20/day hotel fee per room.

5. Second time in ny first time in this hotel it was great hotel very clean staff very helpful chose hotel for wi-fi however had few probs getting on line staff were extremely helpful and disnt charge me for the $19 a night fee when checking out didnt even need to ask.

9. This is the only hotel that I know of that does this (I am a frequent Hotwire user) and this unique fee is only disclosed at CHECKOUT not at check-in.
