1. Stayed in this hotel with another two friends, in a room with 4 beds in it (which is difficult to find in NYC at a reasonable cost!).

6. The QT, with it`s tiny rooms, is fun and charming when it`s cheap (< $200/night) but the charm fades fast when it costs $100/night more than that.

10. We were amazed that infact this hotel would cost us only twenty dollars more, for a dulux room with breakfast than the flea pit hostel a few doors down that offered of course no breakfast, not even a clean room, a shared mouldy bathroom and an agressive receptionist.
