1. 7) Some amenities we didn't have the chance to use but were available: 24 hour open gym, clean and with 3-4 new machines (we got plenty of exercise walking around); office center, and very cheap (again, for NYC standards) parking.

7. They have a small gym (not that you will want to look at it after all the walking you'll do around the city - take comfortable shoes!) and they also have computers handy for you to check email/internet, free and that was very handy.
