1. the hotel is very clean, free and good wifi accessall over, free calls in the usa, very nice and helpful stuff, we needed to do late check out and it wasn't a problem, you can also leave your bags in the luggage room.

4. The guys on reception were friendly and efficient and there was a free luggage store on check out which I used.

5. We tried to explain what the night manager had told us our $50 incidental charge would be refunded upon check out but because apparently he didn't know what he was doing, the receipt did not indicate we paid the charge.
