We've walked easily to Broadway shows, seen the Naked Cowboy on Times Square a couple of hundred yards away, and dined at the excellent restaurants in the area (great Italian restaurant across the street and the Scottish Saint Andrews Pub with affordable dinners and wonderful atmosphere around the corner.

6. Knowing we were a half block from Times Square made everything that much more enjoyable, since we could stop by the room quickly to drop things off or change for dinner.
