1. It's not new or fancy, but it is wonderful in every other way: Good location, clean, quiet, comfortable, excellent staff, and lots of complimentary amenities.

6. Staff is super friendly and accomodating, and the rooms though small (of course they are -- it's Manhattan!) are clean and elegant with all the expected amenities including a nice flat-screen TV.

9. I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn, Times Square in NYC and even though the hotel room was small with 2 dbl beds, the staff and amenities more than compensated for this.
