1. I big disappointment if you like me, tend to think of breakfast as the important start of the day.

3. At the same time, their amenities lead to a cheaper end-price than their larger brethren, things like free wi-fi and a cheap concession area instead of a breakfast buffet help cut costs.

7. I'm not quite sure what the Aloft is, there is a bar but nowhere to really eat so breakfast is a muesli bar from a strange concession near reception.

10. Cons: breakfast food sucks and is expensive ($1 per banana); no near-by breakfast places; in-room coffee sucks -- a joke really; those working the front desk will stare a hole in the floor to avoid making eye contact or having to speak to you; you could get an appointment with Obama before you can talk to local management -- either not present or screen you out (don't you love discussing your complex issue with a 19-year old?); weekend noise inside and outside of the hotel is terrible.
"A different kind of place . . . " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/30/2010 Vote
