The response from John (the General Manager) and Jason from Guest Services (obviously a GM in training) was nothing short of exceptional with details, transport, menu and an introduction to a beautiful restaurant where we are currently sitting enjoying a beer as we count down to Midnight here in New YorkThis is the ONLY hotel that we have ever provided maximum ratings for and if there were six stRts they would have received six.
