1. And whilst there is a down side to staying mid town in terms of restaurant close by - with the price of taxis so low, a trip up to Soho for dinner most nights was not a problem.

2. This room is also available from 5 to 8 in the evening for cheeses, crackers, fruit and wine which was wonderful before going out to dinner.

3. The location is central to all the wonderful NY sights -- a few minutes walk to shops, excellent restaurants, and museums Their pre-dinner aperitifs were a very nice touch to end the day and prepare for NY nightlife.
