2. When I requested extra pillows for the bed I was met with the response "Oh, if I can find some" - I happen to know for a fact that 2/3 of the rooms were vacant so there shouldn't have been an issue with pillows.

3. The room was somewhat cleaner but the bed was terrible and one pillow was so stained I threw it on the floor and told my husband not to use it.
