1. Moldy spelling hallways, dirty carpeting in room, not properly trained at the front desk, custodians appear to be more on the ball the hotel staff, manager was no where to be found during check-in at 6 pm, ended up switching rooms, not enough towels, hot tub was murky, pool was cracking and not up to par, dining room was closed for renovations, food in the morning was so poorly done - waffles, white bread, two kinds of cereal, and english muffins - nothing healthy and I didn't eat!and then to add to all of this - they just overcharged me on my debit card so now I have to call them to deal withthem about this .
