1. When I requested extra pillows for the bed I was met with the response "Oh, if I can find some" - I happen to know for a fact that 2/3 of the rooms were vacant so there shouldn't have been an issue with pillows.

2. The pool and lounge were closed for renovation and the outside needs some work,but our room was nice,clean and big enough for a large bed and couch and we had a real good view of spokane at night which was nice.

3. room was verry cold when we got their we had little kids with us had to sleep with our sweaters the place smell cofee maker didnt work bed was hard and sheets we left to go stay at northern quest casino very very nice their.

5. The room was somewhat cleaner but the bed was terrible and one pillow was so stained I threw it on the floor and told my husband not to use it.
