1. i loved that the house keepers did a very tight job with their cleaning, they didnt even mind me leaving alittle late from the posted check out time, they just smiled and came back later i suppose.

2. There was no book in the room that explained check out times, breakfast, services, etc. The air conditioner/heater was held on the wall with tape.
