2. To add to all of this, the housekeeper didn't have towels, I had to scavange on another floor, the lock on our door broke and we spend 45 minutes standing in the hot hallway waiting for them to open the door and the morning we left we never got out wake up call.

3. Practically had to beg for towels, toilet paper, etc. Room key malfunctioned up to five times a day.

4. The hotel itself wasn't terrible, but some of the lowlights were 1) twice calling to ask for towels, only to have to go downstairs to the front desk to get some 2) the maintenance staff coming in to move the fridge and microwave, but leaving the beds unmade, dirty towels on the floor, and trash unemptied 3) the shuttle driver informing us that we 'should tip him' after remarking that he goes home at 11p (even though shuttle service is until 11:30p) and that he wasn't getting paid to pick us up 4) after being told to go thru the dining hall door to get to the gift shop, someone locked the door behind us and since the other door was chained shut (is that legal?), we had to scurry around the corner before Avon Barksdale rode the bus in from prison.
