Yes, we could have come up with a single bed for my son and I, or a lovely suite of rooms costing each night slightly more than I'd committed to for 4 days at the pricey Red Lion on 5th, but thanks to the convention there was certainly nothing comparable, and nothing with two beds in one room, no matter the quality or price.

4. We were upgraded to the Family suite it was a huge suite with two rooms, one room had a lounge and chairs and lovely furniture throughout it was good centrally located hotel.

6. When deciding that we were going to stay again next year for the event, they gave us tours of the suites and the bigger rooms and helped us build a plan as to what kind of connecting rooms we could get and what the cost differences would be.

9. Considering that we booked and paid for a standard room, we got an amazing bargain by getting a one bedroom-suite with a view of the water and of Pike Place.

10. The room that was booked for the bride and myself the night before the wedding was not much larger than a closet, however, the suite her and the groom were given for the night of the wedding was actually very nice.
