1. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone until they clean out the bugs from the sheets/mattresses there.

3. We complained multiple times, but nothing got better, The only improvement came the 5th day we were at the hotel when we finally got sheets that actually fit the king size bed, Why they don't put the proper size sheets on every day I don't understand.
