1. When we arrived in the lobby, we saw a big jug filled with ice, cold water, fresh cut strawberries and cucumbers; what a nice and refreshing way to arrive into a hotel lobby; great first impression (especially after a long drive with kids in tow).

6. The hotel exceeded all our expectations; service was wonderful - we received an upgrade and were checked in by 1 p.m. After taking advantage of the lovely cider they were serving in the lobby we went to our room on the 10th floor with a water view.
