4. We arrived a couple of hours prior to check-in but the front desk was very accommodating & gave us a room immediately, with the offer that if we had any issues w/noise or location that they'd willingly move us to a different room.

5. The check in person was very friendly and helpful, the (deluxe) room was large and the linens were great - pillows, bedding, towels, etc. The room was very clean and decorated in a traditional style.

9. Check in was brief and courteous, but a 'doorman'?(or perhaps he was just a flunky dressed up to stand around uselessly) watched my wife and I struggle on through the front door (here there are no bellhops) with three suitcases, but didnt even come to hold the door open for us.
