3. 24 hour doorman who not only assist, but give great advice on restaurants, tours, taxis, etc. In short, this place is a gem, and I have worked in many hotels throughout my career.

5. A few minutes after arriving at our room, I answered a knock at the door to find that they'd sent up a bottle of champagne on ice with two champagne flutes and four beautiful chocolates from the Seastar restaurant downstairs (also excellent!).
