7. While the manager claimed the hotel had the fastest wi-fi in Seattle, our connection was fitful throughout a three-day weekend and not up to video, which has become my litmus test for in-room broadband these days.

8. The Front Desk Manager escorted us to the restaurant whe we seemed lost, the doormen were informative about what the town held for our trip and knew what they were talking about.
