1. The decor was nice and it was relatively quiet, though this part of town has a certain amount of noise on the street that reaches the room.

6. Outside of being across the street from a theater that lets out at 10ish during the week (with all the crowds and sounded like traffic cops blowing whistles) -there was jazz music playing after 10pm outside.
