5. We did have a problem with the drain in the shower and it got our room floor wet but the front desk clerk was very quick and came to our rescue with a new room key and gave us a discounted rate and free breakfast that was great.

8. It was so nice not having to put a huge deposit down for a pet fee and the blonde woman at the Golden Bean was so nice and she let Fergie eat breakfast with us.
