6. Checking in- Not as friendly as I was expecting, not rude but no different then checking in to a Holiday Inn, I had to remind them i had a dog and also had to remind them I requested a late checkout.

8. Having a checkout time of noon is totally civilized, as is the delightful wooden tray with sundries in your room and the hotels mission of being environmentally savvy propels this hotel to a higher realm of service and hospitality.
