There is a small lobby and sitting room with a good check-in, and a dining/breakfast area and bar on the same level.

The hotel staff at the check-in counter was a bit cold, and didn't show any Southern hospitality, maybe because it annoyed him to start working in early morning.

I heard the check-in guy ask about Priority Club and the girls said they didn't have it and then he searched and found that one did -- a basic level.

with Eddie to Breakfast the following morning in the restaurant everyone went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and upbeat (without being overly enthusiastic).
