9. From check in with Eddie to Breakfast the following morning in the restaurant everyone went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and upbeat (without being overly enthusiastic).

10. I actually knew this going into the hotel but was surprised at check in when they did not mention the additional cost when explaining that you share the parking garage with the hotel next door.
