Breakfast was quite ordinary, mainly cereal, toast, juice, etc. But all of this was more than offset by the service at the hotel, which was great; not only did the front desk send their van to pick me up at the train station in Rensselaer (across the river from Albany) when I arrived, but they sent the van to pick me up and a colleague at the Convention Center (next to the state capitol) in the late afternoon and take us to the train station; they even brought our bags to us in the van~.
