3. Check in clerk was very efficient and friendly and the concierge that gave us our parking pass was also very nice.

4. Bottom line, we would recommend staying here, but at check-in, request not to receive the welcome package - or any further solicitations from the concierge desk.

5. At check-in, we were upgraded for free to a two-bedroom condo, without asking (We had booked a 1 bedroom).

6. When I went to check in I was greeted by three very friendly staff members at the front desk, one of whom informed me that they had upgraded us for free from the garden view efficiency room that I had reserved to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath OCEANFRONT condominium with full kitchen and full living room.

9. I believe they are a timeshare and at check-in we were asked once if we were interested in a presentation, given a nice welcome bag and never bothered again when we told them we were not interested.

10. After using my credit card for check in, it got stolen and I was being charged by different transaction from different places in the country.
