2. The rate was very reasonable, and the 20$ fee covered free wifi, gym entry with water bottles, etc. The one caution I have is the adult only pool called Liquid.

There's a $20-25 resort fee that includes all around wifi (free to anyone in the hotel and city center, so where's the perk in paying a fee, pool, fitness center and spa which are nice, but all close a little to early for you to even reap the benefits and there's a business center where everything costs.
