4. The resort iteself is beautiful, the staff we encountered (front desk, concierge, maintenance, bartenders, wait staff, valet, etc) were all very helpful and attentive, and the rooms were awesome.

5. There is a spectacular curved waterfall extending from the main entrance to the north valet, but there is so much distracting architecture that I didn't even notice it on arrival.

10. The valet and bell desk was polite and prompt, front desk amazing (even sent someone to make sure I liked the room), cleaning staff was quite competent and nice, drink service in the casino was extremely fast, and the spa was fantastic.
