1. One can only blame their managers for accepting this low service level and not re-training their employees.

9. As I was getting frustrated, I asked my wife to sort and she rang the manager who took 5 mins to confirm the next door room would be available in 2 hours (this is the reason for giving them a 4) as they clearly dont have any proper system to ensure special requests as properly actioned.

10. The very last day when I spoke to their Assitant Front Desk Manager, she seemed nice, patient, and understanding, she then promised she would get back to me personally and would investigate the whole thing.
