1. To be fair, the hotel was happy to reverse the charge upon checkout.

We pre paid for our suite Nov/2011 at at cost of $4500 when booking in front of hose staff tried to charge new rate of $6700 saying we had a balance of $2200 owing spent the next 45 minutes proving and for them to double check suite was paid in full really handled poorly offered a $50 credit on food tab - buffet breakfast for 4 is $76.

4. There are always bar waitresses walking around to take your order, and there are a couple of water dispensers located around the pool areas too to use free of charge.

7. There is no room in the fridge that is in the room but if you have medication like I do *cough cough* they will bring a fridge up to your room free of charge.

9. My family (everyone is over 21) met in Las Vegas for a 4 day get-away, i was in charge of making the reservations for a nice place to stay.
