1. She informed me i would be staying in a family suite in the calypso building right near the reception and foodcourt, we had a garden view which was nice and pieceful so we didn't hear the pool crowd at night.

After seeing the actual resort, I would never recommend staying in the Calypso buildings on the pool view side as we walked through there each morning on our way to the bus stop and in the evening on our way back to the room and they many times had loud music playing or people on microphones hosting an event or lots of rowdy kids running around the pool.
