1. Check in was easy and our room was in rock inn sections which was a 5 min walk to the main lobby and pool which is no great deal.

4. EVERYONE at the resort, from check in to housekeepers to the wonderful people who take your luggage to your room were VERY nice and VERY helpful.

We finally arrived at the resort at around 19.00hrs after a long and tiring day of travel and were greeted by the warm and friendly reception staff who had been alerted that it had been my 23rd birthday just 12days before and presented me with my very own birthday badge and a rendition of happy birthday :) The check in was smooth and quick and we were given our welcome pack which had lots of useful information in it like the entertainment shedule for two weeks, room service menu, fireworks shedule etc as well as a map of the complex (with all the key area's highlighted) and a good explanation of the busses and the cafetieria opening times.
