We finally arrived at the resort at around 19.00hrs after a long and tiring day of travel and were greeted by the warm and friendly reception staff who had been alerted that it had been my 23rd birthday just 12days before and presented me with my very own birthday badge and a rendition of happy birthday :) The check in was smooth and quick and we were given our welcome pack which had lots of useful information in it like the entertainment shedule for two weeks, room service menu, fireworks shedule etc as well as a map of the complex (with all the key area's highlighted) and a good explanation of the busses and the cafetieria opening times.

5. The food hall here is similar to the Movies and Sports-a large food court with stations offering Pizza (which you can also have as room service), Bakery, sandwich bar, and hot foods.

6. The room service was neat because when we came back from Epcot, they had made little animals with washcloths and put my daughters stuffed animals all over room and in the window to greet us.

7. On one particular day we chose not to have room service - we were left a message on our room telephone to check outside our room door for extra towels and toiletries that housekeeping had left for us, and to contact them should we need them to clean our room later in the day.

8. We even decided on no room service a few times if we had had a late night and needed time to catch up on sleep and found that a voice mail had been left on the room phone from house service to let us know if we needed anything how to contact them which we thought was very nice.
