2. When questioned about this, the receptionist said it was for the provision of room service, breakfast etc - but there was no service.

3. Room was small, dark and dingy, outlook was a breeze block wall 2 metres away, no restaurant, bar or room service on a Sunday, with minimal facilities in the vicinity and negligible help from hotel documentation or staff.
