1. There were a few little irritations: my shower did not work at first (it was fixed that day); it took the hotel several hours to get my colleague an iron; the internet connection worked great, but it cost $5 to rent a cable, then another $5 when I left it at work and had to buy it; and my colleague's TV did not work at first.
