1. As others have noted, they advertise having FAR more TV channels than they actually have, and while there is a fitness room, the only treadmill was broken during our stay.

2. The people at the front desk were always very friendly and helpful (for example, there wasn't a remote in the fitness room, so the employee came in to turn the TV on for me).

3. I was told the hotel just opened the week before (9/07) -- the fitness room was not ready yet, nor was the restaurant/ bar.
