staff came with the pillows, he apologized and informed me that the wrong room number had been written down on the request, so the pillows had been sitting in the empty room next door for 45 minutes.

Unfortunately a complaint was lodged with
housekeeping
because a specific request was made to have the sheets changed (on second day of 3 night stay), and although the request was eagerly granted, the bed linen was not changed.
