3. The hotel does not have any parking so you are forced to park on the street and either refill the meters yourself every few hours or buy a daily pass from the front desk which is actually affordable.

6. Parking is scarce around the hotel in the evening - You can buy a parking pass at the front desk for $6.42US per day which allows you to park anywhere from 27th through 42nd street.

9. most of the Hotels south of 20th street charge you upwards of $20 per day to park (plus tips), and your vehicle is not readily available to you as it's blocks away in some garage.
