3. The hotel does not have any parking so you are forced to park on the street and either refill the meters yourself every few hours or buy a daily pass from the front desk which is actually affordable.

7. Francisco at the front desk was also quite helpful in providing assistance navigating the parking situation (you can get a parking pass for the city streets from the hotel for a few dollars: this avoids the aggravation of feeding a meter and is well worth it) and telling us about the area.

8. Although this is a small hotel, the front desk did many concierge tasks, like booking tours for other guests.

A shuttle to the airport cost around 20 dollars per person (a Cab is 32 but one can accomodate up to five persons for the same fare), you have to book the shuttle 24 hour in advance, a cab in about 10 to 15 minutes, although is better to ask the front desk to book one for you before you go to bed.

10. The front desk staff is very friendly and courteous, is a very good staff, probably one of the best I ever seen in my many travels, at least for a hotel this size.
