4. The rooms were a nice size (we had 2 double rooms), clean and because our rooms faced Collins, we had a great view of this busy street.

6. The facilities at the adjoining Clevelander Hotel are available to use and I recommend the roof top terrace for fine South Beach views.

First the pluses: + Location, Location, Location + Nice staff Now the minuses: - Room / lobby did not look as nice as the pictures - Room was small and cramped - Bed was uncomfortable - Garden view overlooked next building roof - Pool was small and gross / unclean My biggest problem with this hotel was that my expectations (based on their pictures) did not match-up to what I actually received.
