when we first checked in, we had to wait about 20 minutes because there were two women in front of us who's reservation for 2 double beds apparently didn't go through, and the woman at the
front desk
seemed new and inexperienced.

were absolutely lovely and helpful to us, they booked the shuttle for us to Sawgrass Mills and the cab we asked to pick us up at 3 AM to go to the airport.
