1. The linen was clean and the room was cleaned every day, fresh towels, bins emptied etc. The staff couldn't do enough for you and the Diner on 11th Street was great for breakfast or dinner.

4. Not sure what the 'sister' deal is between the Essex and Cleveland (connected hotel that faces Ocean) Hotels but it was nice to have a semi-club thing happening right next door after having dinner on Ocean.
