1. So when I went to take a shower latter, the towels were clean but still moist from improper drying.

2. The minor inconveniences were that housekeeping takes quite a long time to get to the rooms, and they forgot to restock towels (and they didn't vaccuum/sweep) The other minor inconvenience is that the pool was pretty cold and they advertised it as a heated pool.

3. From service, to our fantastic room equiped with everthing you would ever need (including a complete kitchen) to full free hot complimentary breakfast, free newspapers, free wifi, free parking, great pool with outdoor showers and plentiful pool towels.
