2. The minor inconveniences were that housekeeping takes quite a long time to get to the rooms, and they forgot to restock towels (and they didn't vaccuum/sweep) The other minor inconvenience is that the pool was pretty cold and they advertised it as a heated pool.

3. We did have a problem with allergies from the down comforter that I missed on the first night, but a quick call to housekeeping solved that.
